Sheilah Utley
Hello!
I am a Los Angeles–based actor with a foundation in contemporary theatre. I have trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Arizona State University for stage, film, and musical acting. My work is rooted in truthful behavior, physical awareness, and character-driven storytelling.
As a 2x sold-out show director and professional actor with union and non-union experience, I bring a unique set of skills to every project that I do. At the core of my practice is curiosity. I care deeply about listening, presence, and creating work that feels alive rather than performative. Not every character has to be the audience’s favorite, but every character should feel honest to the audience.
